Hey Doc, drop me a message if you ever need a subject for this condition. I've developed thousands of theses lesions since my twenties and nobody seems to know or want to know why. It's been an emotionally devastating condition and I'm not above becoming a guinea pig for your students in exchange for the reassurance of doing SOMETHING about it.

I've used marijuana extract to remove these from a patient and they fell off in bandages after topical application.
