whether you believe the khazar theory or not is irrelevant. about 20% of those that identify with being racially jewish are sephardic, or "semitic", racial jews. even if the other 80% isnt, if they behave with the mindset of all being of the same "tribe", the end result is the same. also, there is a minority of those that call themselves jews (that 20%) which really ARE racially "jewish".
