Interesting watching this conversation. Albert went from three stars to two stars and Marco went from two to three. Albert is scared of Marco and you can see it in his eyes.

Ramsay led me to Marco, and I respect Ramsay, but Marco really is at a different level. Ramsay has the passion for food and the hunger for success, no doubt, but food was his second love, his rebound from his broken football dreams. Marco...there's no way this man could ever have been anything else. He led the charge for a reason. His need to create, his adoration of food, his desperate drive...this is the face of genius.

@SethHesio The best part is that it was shot inside an actual restaurant kitchen, in Harveys itself, DURING service. It was real time, no rehearsed studio bullshit. If I remember correctly, the same film crew did a shot for "Take Six Cooks" or something like that which featured Nico, Pierre, and Raymond. They caught Marco right in the middle of a busy service so he decided to throw pots and bottles at them for getting in his way.
