I cannot believe some of the comments on here. I have a Dogo and he is the greatest dog that I have ever owned.Great w/other dogs and people,very funloving and gentle.However,if you need a dog to defend you or to HUNT, this is one of the best dogs out there.Why don't some of you go try and rescue a hog and tell it in a nice voice that you are trying to help it and see what happens. This is hunting idiots, it's how people defend their livelihood (crops) and get fed.

These dogs are bred for this. Their intensity Is absolutely magnificent. Working dogs that are allowed to be couch potatoes dont reach their full potential. And working with and training your dog strengthens a bond. There is nothing wrong with this.
