  • tianhai說的對, 打球的滋事可以再開一點, 還有, 都是用上臂在出力, 可以試試多用前臂與腕力去摩擦球, 讓求稍微停留在拍面上往前帶一段,這樣會省力一點, 膠皮可能也選錯了, 所以, 擊球點太後面了, 最大的缺點是手放不開, 能再蹲低一點更好
