1. Hasta Banda (Hand Lock)
2. Pada Bandha (Foot Lock)
3. Mula Bandha (Pelvic Floor Lock)
4. Uddiyana Banda (Upward Belly Lock)
5. Jalandhara Banda (Throat Lock)
