Nope, I am not telling you that Gbagbo is not coorupted, all politicians are corrupted to a certain extent. China economic policies toward Africa are more human, and encourage a healthy and prosperous Africa while Western economic policies make sure to not have an African Middle Class so that Africans can remain independent of the West. Western economic policies involves Genocide policies toward the Third World, especially Africa and you need to understand that and if you don't know I will be glad to give you that info.
