Mr. GOHI11101995. Dont suffer more and just kick the guy outta the band. He would have to be born again to sing properly dude. Lets accept it. theres people that are born with it, other who arent :/ now, if you wanna be patient and wait 3 years so he can take lessons, then fine, keep him!

Dude just needs to learn the notes of the song. In other words, he needs to actually LISTEN to the song before singing it. Trust me--it helps. Otherwise, I think he's got the range to sing it. Songs with a lot of runs, a.k.a. Mariah Carey songs are especially difficult to get the intonation correct because of all of the zipping up and down of the chords during the runs. I don't see how she does it.

Wow.If only so many singas an' aspirin' singas knew that. They sure wouldn't even try a cigarette or alcohol.

yes he can do it if he works hard. everyone can;) think he got to sing being more relaxed and all that stuff..and thing like lalala and stuff like that before he sings a song....that will help him with the tones, etc...thats what he needs.

True he's not hearing the intervals fully, But I don't think he's tone deaf because he's some what close to the pitches. It will take a lot of work, but if he does it.. it will be great!
