Whispers of the Vietnam War is a documentary about my father's experience as a soldier in the Laos Wars of the late 1960s. I wanted to send a message that war is something that repeats itself if it is forgotten. By making this movie I hope that other young people will know that war is a horrible thing and that by keeping their language and listening to their parents and grandparents that they might remember why we ended up here and why we should never go to war again.
oh yeah...good video...thank you for sharing...your father's word and story are valuable...

wwe fight to live protect our country people an family we also fight for of our leaders an our countrymen im laos my grandfathrs fought bravly for the sake of the king you also only mention hmong which really bothers me due to the fact my grandfather fought alongside other laos royalist in the jungles until 1977 what about them the hmong are nothing compared to the great laos soldiers who fought in the name of his majesty sisavang that pisses me off you didnt even mention them
