Ok, did my homework now.
138 was what I wrote before. It got approved and then UK and France complained and now it has been scrapped in a back-room EU deal. The NEW VERSION of 138 is almost the opposite as it makes it possible to block access all of a sudden.
I've asked the Swedish MEP's to vote against it and re-add it to the telecom-package as it was meant from the start!

Amendment 138 ensures that sanctions cannot be imposed on end-users without judicial oversight.
This means, you probably want this amendment to be voted FOR. Correct me if I'm wrong here.

If amendment 138 gets approved I'm out of the internet for all time. It's gonna be just another profit-centered
service portal. Only ignorant or egoistical people will vote for such an evil law anyways.
Users should have the power!
Do not limit our internet for God's sake!
