This game was developed by Titus, arguably the worst developer in history. They are also responsible for the god-awful Superman game on N64 and Carmaggeddon 64, not to mention many more lackluster titles.

This reminds me of the famous AVGN of Castlevania 2 where its a review that doesn't talk about the game or even show the game until 90+ seconds into it.
