I guess I would phrase the second situation more as unintentional or accidental Audism. Within that situation, one has to look at the demeanor of the hearing person, and if it was truly a mistake and they apologize, then it's nothing similar to the first situation you presented. The first situation was tru-biz, 100% Audism.
