You guys wanted shorter videos so I cut this into two parts.
And also cut the diet videos into two parts so this whole thing will have four videos.
I hope you guys enjoy. These exercise aren't hard at all but if you do them repetitive enough it will show amazing result without bulking up.

  • For the cherry picker it works your abs more if you clasp your hands together :)
