did you do dancing when you were younger?! or did you just self teach how to do the splits by doing that exercise?

I've been doing this for 3 days and I'm full on into it! I did dancing for half a year this year but quit because I wasn't being treated as nicely as others (because of a fight). I'm going to a harder dance school next year so I'm starting to tone myself up :) I lose weight really fast so I lost 15 pounds from dancing before. At the old dance school I couldn't do any split. Now I can do left and right and really close to middle. For watching these I can do the upside down 6 o'clock and really c

For the cherry picker it works your abs more if you clasp your hands together :)
