  • @johndouillard Thank you. I do notice the B-12 still taking effect with my brain. I just have a thing where if I eat certain things like crap food that is highly processed and/or synthesized, I will break out because my body is not going to hold in toxins. I figure that it might be a good idea to clean my blood or something. Other than my self, my friends mom really needs help. Her parents screwed her over and so did the hospital. They didn't give her a consistent B-12 regiment like they said.

  • @q7spiz I invite you to read my newsletter on B12. Yes one of hallmarks of B12 deficiency is neurological issues that can effect the enervation of the legs.

B12 - if it makes you break out could mean that the stomach is not making use of it due to low digestive acid and therefore no production of the Intrinsic factor which absorbs B12.

You might want to try a sub-lingual B12 which bypasses the stomach. You also might want to read up on our B12 Boost, see if that helps.

    Best, John

  • For me, if I take B-12 supplement; it works but I will break out for some reason. With my friends mom, she might have some kind of vitamin B-12 deficiency. For some reason, she lost her ability to walk and we suspect that it is because she has had a bad diet for a long time. Can vitamin B-12 deficiency cause someone to lose their ability to walk? We are trying to find out how to get my friends mom to be able to walk again.

  • At home, we use a 1,000 mcg tablet, under the tongue (sublingual). It dissolves very fast and is quite inexpensive.

There are many benefits to this great vite.
