dont you wish everyone at the gym was like this? intense, yet not obnoxious and loud
-
@philbe20 are you saying coleman and jay are pussies?

What a great upload. No shitty music put over the music. A wonderful example of perfect bench pressing form. No cheating, no bouncing, no partial range of motion. If everyone worked out like this the gym would be a better place :)

Alot of Bodybuilders use suicide grip for some reason when i use it i can feel it more in the muscle.
-
oh maaaan why the suicide grip?
-
thanks for the upload dude, also thanks for not adding music into it like how other trolls do it to amazing incline bench press videos -.-

Given the fact that some so called natural supplements really never were..... E.g. Ultimate orange...... To name but one
-
Actually what I was referring to was that you have 2 levels of natural bodybuilders, the bodybuilders that take supplements, and the bodybuilders that only eat food..... They are classed as 100% natural bodybuilders. People who say he's cheating and he's cheating, well not that taking supplements is cheating, but the only sure way to say I'm natural is to eat food only and train hard
-
all the bodybuilding supplements(like whey, creatine, glutamin, etc) are also in food.but instead of eating 20 pounds of meat you take a few spoons.
i hope your comment wasn´t referring against supplements(100% natural man)

Really natural bodybuilders are the ones who do it on food only, and how many can say that. I rest my case
Nice lifts! Frank McGrath is the one and only ANIMAL!
As for all you non-believers, if you ever saw other Professional bodybuilders such as Jay Cutler for example perform 'heavy' lifts with text book like form, or Ronnie Coleman "repping" out on weight that is pushing borderline powerlifting lifts. This is all real, hardcore lifts, done by "PROFESSIONALS". Guys that eat sleep and shit one of the hardest and most disciplined sports ever devised: Bodybuilding-Look it up

I agree. He uses full range of motion and never cheats himself out of a rep all with immaculate form.
