Slimy Salt Lake Shilo Inn Facilities - April 10, 2011

Coming back from international travel into Salt Lake City, UT is tough knowing home is another 5 hours away by car. We had left our car at a motel by the airport, but chose to go to stay at the local Shilo Inn based on past service, pool, hot tub and gym. I was exhausted from a long night of a running toilet so went to use the spa only to find nasty dirty, broken and unusable facilities that I had paid a lot more to have the use of. Desk staff were unable to cure anything, but assuring me the hot tub was 80 and climbing 2 degrees and hour, and mop up some nasty standing water areas in the hours after reporting problems. The pool was warmer than the hot tub.
