Thank you for this. It's funny how most of us would rather suffer serious injury rather than lose control of our own minds, yet we lack sympathy for those who are going through that very real and terrifying experience.

Anything that sheds light on mental illness and the affects it has on the lives of consumers and their families is okay by me.

I like him as the MD on House. To me he is believable. Hopefully the people who read this can pass it on to non-consumers and those who are unaware of mental illness and don't recognize it as a disease.
