Finally managed to find an appropriate break to allow me to upload this excellently epic 3-part 10cc Mark II performance. Parts 1 and 2 here; part 3 uploaded separately. Fantastic performance from the whole group but especially Eric (of course)!

  • Great stuff -thanx Annie - am gonna see 'em next year but am a bit nervous that they'll be washed-up stodgy gits (like me) - great memories tho

  • @recoverykidd123

You do realise that there is only one original member of the band (Graham Gouldman) now touring as 10cc. I hope you enjoy the performance though.

  • not sure if it's all here but this video is missing the great guitar solo in the end.....one of the best solo in the song history

  • You can see the final part on "Feel the Benefit Live 3" on my YouTube chnnel

  • I'm a huge 10cc fan. They are simply one of the most underrated bands of all time.

"Feel the Benefit" is my all-time favorite of theirs. Each of the 3 parts is a classic.

Graham does one of best bass guitar solos in rock history. And.....Eric's voice is totally fantastic.

Great lyrics (and story), harmony, rhythm and closing.

With all the great songs 10cc wrote and performed, Feel the Benefit was their masterpiece.

    GREATNESS!

  • Congratulations on dismissing a very long and beautiful track based on the first few bars. listen to the end of "Isn't it a Pity" by George Harrison.. it bears a resemblance to the end of "Hey Jude", but that doesn't make it a bad song and it isn't plagiarism, as it only resembles "Hey Jude". Likewise the guitar at the beginning of "Feel the Benefit" only resembles "Dear Prudence". The chords are not the same.

  • great tune

  • 10cc's greatest song.

  • Great song! Superb solo at the end! Stewart is a genius and truly underrated. Does anyone know if it´s possible to get this concert on DVD??

  • Still one of my favorite 10cc songs!

  • Of all the many millions of songs i have experienced, be it Pop, Rock, Classical, Country, Jazz, this is THE SONG. Truly magnificent, a gem, better even than One night in paris. Ending in a superb guitar solo.

"Moving like the wrinkles in a frown"

Such a pity most people know 10cc for I'm not in Love or Dreadlock holiday, the best of 10cc has to be searched for.

    Indeed GREATNESS!!

  • My all time favourite 10cc track, excellent!

  • @AnnieOakley53

Thx for posting this. 10cc was the greatest band in my youth, and i just loved their muciality, and their way to mix serious mucic with hillarious lyrics. The sound was full of joy, and still they also managed to capture melancholy when they wanted. Thx.....................<3

  • Brilliant tune!!

  • @laughinggnome333 ....Great feedback....and especially from a youngin'! Nice to see some young folks appreciate great music!
