This is a gorgeous piece of music no matter what genre you're trying to cram it into, no matter what narrow band of sounds you claim to enjoy or claim to have more swag, or subjective value. Why is this song ten minutes? Why are different vocal styles employed? Why is it compositionally varied with peaks and valleys of intensity and emotion? Because a fucking story is being told with music...sit back and feel what's being communicated, then go back to your dubstep, Slipknot, or poison of choice.

You have to be trolling and/or retarded. You are obviously a 14 year old with down syndrome who thinks Slipknot is heavy and that heavy is the only kind of metal. Opeth is beautiful. So is Coheed. You don't have to be heavy to be metal. Go look at power metal bands such as Kamelot, Orden Ogan, and Dream Evil. They are not heavy, but they sure as hell are better than Slipknot. If you want heavy go listen to Necrophagist, Septicflesh, Job For A Cowboy, All Shall Perish etc. and kindly FUCK OFF!
