use a thicker warmer head. evans ec2 clear or coated, actually evans G2 for top G1 for bottom. if your into coated, old school, ambassador. be sure to stretch the head, CPR style, it gives any head a lower fundamental note. also check the tuning of the bottom head. my guess would be its tuned to high. stretch the bottom head as well.
