I seriously hope those two people recommending SpySheriff are only joking. SpySheriff is Rogue Spyware, meaning it disguises itself as an anti-spyware while putting spyware on your computer.
Really, you need to check up on the history of these programs. Even a little glance through wikipedia will help.
