Flooding in Moncton from heavy rain overnight

Heavy rain and winds had parts of Moncton flooded today.
McLaughlin Drive was shut down because the road washed away by the Trans Canada Highway. Crawley Farm Road was shut down due to flooding also , the water was almost touching the bottoms of bridges going onto Wheeler Blvd. Homes in Hildegarde subdivision flooded again and they were still cleaning up and rebuilding from last storm. The brook that runs past Berrys Mills Subdivision flooded once again and this has been fixed a few times and recently a crew was building a stone wall right where it washed away before , many homes have been flooded more then once and can't even get insurance because of the problem.
