MUGEN - Spider Man(Me) VS Megaman Plus

It's Marvel VS Capcom all over again!

Megaman Plus by DarkRiem is a newer version of Megaman that was released not too long ago. While I was happy that someone decided to make a new Megaman character, I'm saddened by the fact that he appears broken. His Hyper Megaman takes almost your entire health bar, which is a load of bull. He also has what I think is the fastest throw move I've ever seen. His spearing punch move is also considered a low attack for some reason. To make it even worse, his voice gets annoying after a while, since every move he does makes a noise. Also, I'm not sure if it's just me, but sometimes the sounds he makes gets stuck and repeats itself constantly. To be truthful, I'll take Jin's Megaman anyday.

This has got to be the cheapest Megaman in existence. I tried to fight him with Akuma but the robot just kept doing that same ground to air combo and spamming supers every other second. And when I actually get close to conect a hit, his block pushes you back and he takes NO damage when he blocks. I just cant beat Megaman PLUS.
