Indianapolis Colts Cornerback Cornelius Brown featured in this video. Drill: Athlete goes 5 yards in 5 steps, keeping center of gravity (navel) close to his base (feet) when decelerating. Notice initial body lean, forcing him to feel pull of gravity into linear acceleration. When decelerating at 5 yards, opposite takes place, base precedes center of gravity.
