Prison is rehabilitation,
wikipedia says;
The assumption of rehabilitation is that people are not permanently criminal and that it is possible to restore a criminal to a useful life

mr Byron Gracia is just doing his job the right and unique way, that never been tried in any other prison of the world and Christian beliefs is to repent the sinner. This is one method to nuetralize their mind, then go to the next level of self reforming
