Can i ask what camera did you use, any lense attachment, also editing? fantasticly put together by the way, inspiration for me.

Funny thing is I just used an old Hi8 digital camcorder. The final look of the video came about in post by desaturating to b/w, adding a scratch and grain overlay, and adding a gaussian blur to the edges. Also, I added a few jump-cuts here and there and sped most of the shots up. If I had a real camera, I may not have to tried as hard to hide the fact that I was shooting on an obsolete video format. Maybe it worked in our favor?

Ashleigh, that was terrific! How did you put together that dolly? You definitely have an eye for cinematography. Are you doing any color correction in post? Make sure to white balance your interior shots to get away from the heavier yellow tones, unless that is what you're striving for. Great stuff!

This song is like the story of my life: sexual abuse, repression, confusion, and perseverance as an adult in spite of the real me being something I left behind at the age of 3- someone I'm hoping to find again. I've been trapped with the big fish in a little pond, and been the little fish- when I was little, when I was in school, when I was in the workplace, persevering in spite of being pushed around by the big fish. But I haven't lost yet.
