This is amazing! This is the inspiration needed for the older generation who might be thinking that life is over. All homes, hospitals, holiday camps, hotels, old peoples' homes should have the Fun Workout DVDs. It makes a wonderful Christmas present. I am sure it would make Granma and Grandad smile. Great!

This is really good for keeping your parents or grandparents fit, I think its a great example of how fit the over sixties are, and well worth the effort to keep supple.
