It is a fire belching Cadilac with a setup in the exhaust that allows fire to explode when the engine is revved.

@noclss2000 I know that was how they did it in the past but most guys these days have fake side pipes and I would be willing to bet that this guy's car is no acception especially since the side pipes are not discolored and he's got those huge pipes out the back.

I also realize that "sh-boom" is the name of a song but naming a car after anything is quite gay like yourself.
