More than 100 students at Rogers Elementary School in Rogers, MN, rose to their gym teachers challenge — to run a marathon, a mile at a time.
For the past several weeks, participants logged their miles through neighborhoods, on playgrounds and even some while on vacation.
Students who managed to rack up at least 21 miles on their own were able to participate in the final run Tuesday, Oct. 21 at Rogers Elementary School.
Check out the footage of these students achievement.
