They should remake this they would make a shit load of money, if it happens i would be happy if it dont i would be pretty gutted, but shit happens lol. They would be crazy not to make it tho they would earn a fucking fortune be like sitting on a gold mine lol but thats my opinion.

well, thats true, but sometimes retaining a fanbase, retaining reputation is more important, they'd have to do a tremendous piece of art to beat the already flawless FFVII, if they try to fix something that's not broken they may screw up so, whenever the time comes ( if it comes) for Squareenix to make a remake, I'll be waiting =D xD

@Cxtrife Reputation!! lol dont make me laugh. After the horridness of FF11-FF14 I wont touch a Square product again. This would be a last ditch chance to get some kind of reputation back. If they released this game remade followed by a good FF game that is along the line of 1-10 gameplay wise I may actually look twice at Square games again.

Remake FFVII is not very hard because they already have a characters, stage's, places, story, weapons etc. .

Even if they did remake it, it would probably be for psp, not PS3... because SquareEnix is obcessed with handheld games right now. I desperatley hope to God that they will remake this for PS3, though. But a lot of people got worried that they would ruin the game with new cutscenes and stuff. Hope they don't do that, either...
