Because of the Arklow Urban District Council and their complete lack of: leadership, imagination and business acumen, the town's Main Street would make a down-market car booth sale look like Harrods!

He is a disgusting horrible man. The only consolation is, he obviously gets all his bad karma back. I mean the traffic warden obviously. He turns a blind eye when it suits and is a pig to busy mothers, old people and even people leaving the car to get change. An asshole who won't give his name, but points to the number on his sleeve. People can ill afford the fines, no wonder the town centre is dying, it's much handier to go to Bridgewater and avoid that creep altogether. A useless menace.
