  • what sort of rep range should you shoot for in this exercise? should it be below a certain number if you're doing these at maximum intensity?

  • You could hope for 6-8 inches, but honestly there's a lot of factors, so predicting gains is pretty much just guess work.

    Don't ever train "for mass" that's bodybuilding. Train for strength and accept mass if you have to. Go to my blog and email me if you want any help

    I have time in summer, and wht is the possiblity of an 5'9 thin guy who can touch the rim running to gain inches through gainning some mass and then trainning on explosivness! how much On average, how many inches we talking in this time period?
