the ped riot does end when you save the game then turn it off , when you reload the game the ped riot should be turned off. It just doesn't turn off if you renter the cheat code in the same game session being played . I use it every so often to collect free ammo.

my cousin was driving a helicopter and lamded on the tallest bulding and jumped off with a parachute
