This is one of 5 canvases that I will paint...which will be part of the Canvas Project (vol. 2) sponsored by Art House Co-op.

The pieces will be exhibited at the Atlanta Airport in the Atrium Gallery (6000 North Terminal Parkway Atlanta, GA 30320) from July 31 - September 4, 2009.

(If you're in or near that area, please stop by and let me know how they look...since I won't be able to visit the exhibition).

Stay tuned for the other 3 pieces...Hugs,Ana.

  • I love this. It's so soothing. Really. I was really angry at my boyfriend. And I started watching this. And I was like awe man, this is nice. And I forgot to be mad. Great job, it's beautiful. I can't wait to see the rest. I don't have the patience to do that. I'd be like yeah, forget this. -picks up remote- Please upload soon!
  • Aww, I'm so glad it affected you in a positive way.

That's what I hope for with all my work, that it makes people feel good (even if they don't know why) or that it makes them ask questions.

    Yay!

Lol and believe me I don't have the patience either. But for some reason, I can start painting and do it all day and not remember to do anything else...I get lost in the process. It's like magic.

    :D

Yes, I'm editing and will upload the rest hopefully tonight.

    Hugs!

  • Hi Naomi!

    Thank you so much.

On my large to-do or "to-try" list is painting on tile or porcelain, especially that now there are some great paints that do not need to be fired (for ceramics). I just haven't gotten around to it (but I know I will one day).

I'm so glad you're getting inspired...definitely pick up that pen, girl! Lol.

    Hugs!!

    Ana
