It sounds edulcorated... and rather low-quality to be fair. There's an odd use of 8-bit beatline, some sort of unfitting guitar sound as lead, and a surprising loop in the middle of the song at 0:46. Not to mention the horrible feeling of echo - sounds like reverb turned to the max. Overall, the way it sounds is too weak and broken to be remotely good - the original sounds better!
No, frankly, this is not good at all in any way. :/
