    What you are saying does make sense. I had been bingeing for years until I was sick. When I made a lifestyle change in June, I asked the lord to help me. I started eating 100% raw and it stopped. My mind changed somehow. I am not 100% raw now I am about 75% now. I know that you are a warrior. You have come such a long way, don't turn around in the road and get detoured. Everyday you awake is another day to start over again...and again tomorrow if you need to. :-D

  • The best way to loose weight is to become VEGAN. You need to eat 3 vegan meals and 2 vegan snacks every day. Also you must drink lots of water and get moderate exercise. Eliminate sugar completely for at least 90 days. Learn how to cook vegan meals and experiment with new flavors. Food does not have to be the enemy. Use food so that it fuels your body in a healthy way. You can do it!! Best of luck!

  • im going 2 need for u 2 do some volume control in your videos. im on this journey with u. it encourages me 2 get out there and do my thing, but alot of times, i cannot hear u.

  • we all do it, we all mess up sometimes. its okay, start right now. be okay with your mistakes . . . its over. Try working out first thing in the morning before eating anything. Cardio should help early on. Dont be sad . . . you wil get through this. Lots of water and carry healthy snacks EVERYWHERE you go. you can do this believe in yourself. The more your exercisse the more you can eat.

  • Buy the book THE GABRIEL METHOD. Don't work out more than 4 days a week. You MUST rest at least 3 days a week, otherwise your body will keep the weight on. Eat more raw food. You don't have to be 100%, but try to eat at least one green smoothie a day. You can do it. Don't be concerned with what other people think. Do it for you. Do it for your health. Day In, Day Out.

  • This happens to me, too. I am addicted to food, and normally I eat really well, I don't particularly deprive myself either, I normally don't crave the bad things, but when I do, and I have them, I go way off. Yesterday I had cheese fries, ridiculous.

    Thanks for posting this. This was just as inspiring as your other videos. I hope you start making videos again.

  • Girl, I know how you feel, I have a big problem with emotional eating...but when I have a craving hit me, I try to think..."Nothing will EVER taste as good as being thin and confident will feel." ... and it usually works unless I'm really upset...good luck! We can do this!! I just subscribed

  • It's really great that you're sharing this with us. We need to see the ups and downs of the weight loss journey. It helps us when we're going through the same things. I think for the moment you should only weigh yourself no more than twice a week because it's a trigger. It'll set your mood for the day. You are STILL Inspiring!

  • Hey girl. Do Not feel that posting this video is not good. Because it is good. People need to see the lows and highs to weight loss. Its a daily struggle. I completely understand what you are going through. One day you feel good and the next day when you see that weight staying the same you do feel bad. You know what your just being honest. Once your honest with yourself you start to get free. I'm currently losing weight myself and you have know ideal how much I relate to you.
