  • Just curious - what brand MSM do you get and where do you get it? Since I have a bum knee, I am also considering getting a Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM combination to help rebuild it. There's a Liquid Health product Opti-Glucosamine that has all 3 including Opti-MSM. I might give that a go.

  • @MrApachejunction watch the video again. the brand does not matter. the two standardized forms i mention are best and are bottled in a variety of brands

  • Just curious, is the NOW brand MSM powder the Lignisul you speak of? Says nothing on the container only that its vegetarian .... thanks

  • @MrApachejunction look for lignisul or opti on the label. if its not there, ditch it. i dont like now brand, personally, so would not buy it. bbut who knows? give it a try and see if you have results.

  • Any recommendations on how many grams to take per day? Thanks!

  • @2healthnuts i recommend following what the bottle says, as I can only legally tell you that. but if you research MSM usage, you will find out that you can potentially take much more :-)

  • @MrApachejunction get it on line!!

  • @RawHealingPatch - thanks for getting back. Since adding the NOW brand MSM at the rate of 500 mg per day, my energy has risen a fair amount, sleep is better and pain in joints and muscles has decreased nicely. It is the only thing I've added to my diet lately so I know it's the MSM doing this. I am also taking Lugol's at the rate of 20 mg a day. That's helped a bunch too. Down side, the mites on my body aren't liking the new sulfur environment and moving more. Bummer

  • @lavvy2585 you have to look at all the bottles. a variety of brands buy opti and bottle it. the bottle will have the opti msm trademark on it. check your health food stores. i know paradise herbs used to do opti and they are a great company

  • @RawHealingPatch

I had no idea so thanks for that information I purchased a pound of it and it is lignisul can you tell me who sells the opti. MSM is one of the most wonderful things ever.
