@wadacash Of course you would... You would also use the correct form of the word "their" in your next eloquent remark...
-
@Ridiciliculous Thats why guys HATE fighting people like you... You always win. What is a guy supposed to do when have an "a)" and a "b)" plan?!? Back to the drawing board, I guess....

@LedZoSoZep lol what a retarded comment a head and arm can be one of the most useful moves if you know how to do it well
-
This is one of my specialties, if not my best move, the other being a duck under or switch from a single to souplex.
As a lad I racked up hundreds of pins with this move.
I meant hook his arm and head but you dont want to wrap your arm across his shoulder, you want to grip his head hard with one arm.
Also their is a variant head and arm, you lock hands with an underhook, but it can be seen coming which is the problem. It makes one hell of a slam though. and you can hold it till the ground

wrap his arm with an over hook, hook the head instead.
You are just not setting it up either, you have to push his head in the opposite direction first, his body will want to get back to center, which will set up the throw.
if you dont get your hips in more and create right angle with your back and his chest you also weaken the throw. The goal is to have his legs fly through the air.
The reason I know this, wrestling since the age of 7, im now 19, in college.
Classic greco, 5 pt move

@TechniquePrevails you practice Greco-Roman Wrestlings or Judo? if so, What Should I Do to get rid of Leg Soreness (caused by staying in the fight position, similar to lunges) ???
please help me ... should I Get Rid Of The Fat From My Legs? or should I Use Legal Supplements?
-
Acutally that's not right

Our wrestling coach makes us do 100 pushups if we do this in a match and dont pin him.
-
Duck under and a bear hug are the 2 best ways to get out of 1 though.

@Ridiciliculous I used this move to success from the age of 10-18. That is a pretty good look at the levels you can use it, and I was multi time state champion. The thing is in a tournament I want to get through the easy matches as fast as I can, and this can end a match in 20-30 seconds or less.
also you could get them in a head and arm triangle if you have a locked grip, land above them and squeeze, land on your ass, spread legs and put your weight on them.
sorry for all the comments, maybe i will just release a response video, showing my technique.

For crying out loud people. No technique works 100% of the time. When we do a technique even if it is a punch it can get countered or blocked. This is not the point. The point is to acquire a set of techniques and strategies that work for each individual and learn to apply them. Learn to transition from one to the next. Before we can do that we need to learn and master each technique. He is showing you how the technique is done. Is up to you to practice and integrate it into your tool box.

It's so easy to roll through this. My coach calls it a JV headlock because the JV kids use it..

@LedZoSoZep Y'all have JV kids in MMA fights? Rough school....
