i love this machine since i saw it but i often thinking to dislike him i cannot,,,
love the handling, the size, fuel economy ,the quality , the room + etc
what makes me sick is a ; #1 no light to see the ac/heater switch at dark when its on
#2 the cover to get the engine under the pass.seat to change the sparks or so, it will be better if the pass.seat also foldable like the dr.seat folds and one big cover to go trough engine etc any question please
drive safe goodluck

@Garagetuner1 I have had mine for 20 years, at almost has 200,000 miles, and it has never had any engine problems. Best Van Ever!

@Garagetuner1 i think the previa truly defines toyota's great resell value.

The only thing I don't like about the Previa is it's mediocre safety. Otherwise, this is one of two culminations of "badass" and "minivan" with the other being the older MasterAce.
-
i have a 1997 previa and the mileage is 345000 already and still running pretty good.

the only problem about the car is that when it is summer time the interior can burn you when you touch it like the steering wheel if you don't have any coverings on it or when you touch the handlebar doors but the seats are not leather so be happy that it is the only thing that doesn't burn you when you touch it

Actually the supercharged model began in 1994 not 1996, and they didn't put a supercharger just to add power for kicks, they put it in to compete with the American vans at that time because American cars had horsepower and people wanted that in a car, get your facts right mr. salesman

@Garagetuner1 you mean you work mechanically?
-
@greeneyegirl007 Not necessarily. If could have a hole in the Evaporator or condenser. Hell It could even have a Bad compressor, Or a bad relay.
I do a lot of work on Previas. They are the best van ever built. Although some may disagree, but a lot of them are still around even after almost 20 years since they came out, and resale price are quite high.
They are the best van every buit

Nice looking van. I've always liked the Previa. I've never owned one, I'm sorry to say. But I've seen them driven around Seattle and I've always found them better than the Sienna.
