@DEM2600 Mhmm, they have a coupple of aircraft carriers now and some decent hardware but for the most part you are correct. That said the US has so many bases there any armed conflict woould be over fairly quickly. besides, theyre on our side now.
On their own, nowadays they wouldnt have much chance vs China.

@Kyledm1011 it doesnt matter, if US and CHina were to go to war the world would end and if it didnt neither would be a high power and a country like germany or canada would take over. you have to also take in thought the allies of america and china. China isnt fighting just america, its fighting USA, Canada, UK, AUS, South Korea, France, Turkey, possibly japan and germany. so basically NATO vs SCO wikipedia military alliances for more info
