The simplest way to tell if you are dehydrated is to do the simple pinch test on the back of your hand and watch as the skin returns to its normal position. If this takes more then one or two seconds your tissues are dehydrated and in fact your whole body is dehydrated. You can also tell by if your lips are dry, if the oral cavity is dry and last but not least is the color of your urine.
