This little vid gives an overview of how I lost over 100 pounds (142 pounds to be exact) and am still losing weight. I am 24 pounds away from my goal! No gimmicks. No quick fixes. Just plain hard work. Feel free to ask me any questions! NOTE: I talk REALLY FAST. You have been warned :)

  • @Elvception1979 Well, I can't speak for all vegans/vegetarians, but personally, I believe Shakeology seems to be a pretty nutritious drink (if everything they say about it is true). I have had it a couple of times with almond milk and frozen strawberries as a post-workout drink. It tasted just ok to me. It is not "vegan" because it is made with milk-based ingredients. I believe that you should try to get most of your nutrients from whole foods rather than supplements, though. Just my opinion.
