This features percussion sampled off of the Solaris using an MPC-1000. I did not alter those sounds to try to leave them as pure as possible. The flanging/phase shifting is actually the excellent Comb filter on the Solaris itself.

  • I can`t find any significant difference in the sound from my DX7...

  • Okay, I realize this synth will do an incredible amount, but considering it's digital someone is going to have to come along and create more dynamic patches than what's in this demo, or no one is going to buy the thing.

  • @redmartian How much is the solar powered model and will clouds affect the cv ohms, persay polyphony or too much cords? or is it mono and wont be an issue?

  • $4000 for computer-modelled circuits? Hmm, no thanks. Might as well use a computer program.

  • trade my entire studio for this one piece of equipment?....nah. lol

  • the constant chirp needs to go- distracks from whats going on underneath which is pretty good- synth sounds a little digital and trebley to my ears but to each his own- the synths layout looks great but never been a fan of the round scroll at the right hand bottom- too prone to overshoots - like the waldorfs

  • sounds like software,,

  • fantastic!!!!!!!!

  • sounds very good for a VA , more organic than any VA I've heard in fact.
