Mr Chime Youngdung, President of the National Democratic Party of Tibet (NDPT) based in Dharamsala (India) was visiting Europe from 21st June to 18th July 2010.

He was in France from 4th to 7th July 2010 and was inviting by Mr Thupten Gyatso, President of the Tibetan Community from France, to speack to the Tibetan people in exile during the 75th Birthday Celebration of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama held at the Pagoda of Vincennes, Paris.

This speech was very important for the Tibetans because Mr. Chime has discussed the current situation in Tibet, the elections to be held next year and the importance of putting the Blue Book to date.

Mr. Chime has received a great listen from all the Tibetans and Tibetan friends !
