Law professor Donna Matias knows how difficult it can be to start a new business. In her work as director of a legal clinic at the University of San Diego School of Law, she helps low- and moderate-income entrepreneurs navigate the legal hurdles they encounter. She tells the story of one client who wanted to operate a transportation service, and faced a mountain of challenges as a result.

Ha Ha America! Your govt is robbing you dry, and all you do is beg the same govt that screwed you for help. Grow some balls and do something about it already. At least spread the philosophy of anarchy, and no, I'm not talking about the mel gibson/motorcycle/machine gun model. But real anarchy. That word sends chills down the backs of politicians. They would have to pick up a shovel and earn their keep the real way.
