  • This isnt a cover. He is an original member of The Jayhwaks. If Paul Macartney sings Yesterday is that a cover too?

  • Everyone has an opinion so I'll add mine. I think this sounds tons better than the Olson-less Jayhawks version. In the end, it doesn't matter which you like better. Most people agree that the magic happened when Mark and Gary sang together.

  • Neither Mark or Gary's version is great without the other. It's not right without the other one there. Good? yes, great only when their voices harmonize.

  • awesome cover. audio is ghastly though. would love to hear a clearer version

  • No no no. Mark Olson IS the main vocals on Tomorrow the Green Grass NOT Gary. Gary's tenor does the harmony (agreed better than the woman from Norway in Marc's band) but Blue is definitely a Mark song. I saw them together this summer at the 400 Club in Mpls. Absolutely amazing. Thanks for posting!

  • I have to agree that without Gary's tenor voice it's not the same.

  • gary can pull it off w/o out mark.... BUT.... well... you know. great song, though. beautiful.

  • Great tune, great performance...bvut I miss Gary Louri's lead vocals
