He used an X-acto knife. You can buy them at ant art supply store. Try Wal-Mart, Michales, A.C. Moore, or Joann Fabrics. Those places would have them most likely.

he doesnt have any up for sale, he hasnt been making them as much as he used to. He hasnt been putting them up for sale for a while so I doubt he will have any up soon.

They are hard to make and you have to be very careful using the tools because you could cut yourself pretty badly.
