*Mitchie on the couch watching tv.*

Mrs. Torres: *Walks up to her and sits on the side of the couch* How are you feeling sweetie?

Mitchie: *Sigh* For about the millionth time to day mom i'm fine.

Mrs. Torres: Well I just wanted to make sure.

*Doorbell rings*

Mrs. Torres: I'll get that. *Walks up the the door and opens it*

Joe: *At the door* Oh. Um... Hi Mrs. Torres.

Mrs. Torres: Hi Joe.

Joe: *Keeps looking at her*

Mrs. Torres: Mitchie is right on the couch if you want to come and visit her.

Joe: Thank you. *Walks in*

Mitchie: *Face lightens up* Joe!

Joe: Hey Red. *Walks up and sits on his knees in front of the couch.*

Mitchie; Whats up?

Joe: How are you feeling?

Mitchie: *Sighs* Why does everyone want to know that?!

Joe: Well Red, you did fall off of a two story building.

Mitchie: *Sarcastic* Oh right I almost forgot!

Joe: *Smiles* And... I wanted to stop by to give you something.

Mitchie: What kind of a something?

Joe: *Smiles bigger* The kind that you have to close your eyes and turn around for me to give it to you.

Mitchie: *Closes her eyes and turns around.*

Joe: *Puts a necklace around her neck and fastens it.*

Mitchie: *Feels it and turns around* It's a heart.

Joe: *Smiles* You like it?

Mitchie: Well... *looks away* I would have liked a ring or something better....

Joe: *Panicks* Really? Cause I can go back and get you a-

Mitchie: *Giggles* I'm kidding. I love it.

Joe: *Sighs* Good!

Mitchie: *Smiles, leans forward and kisses Joe.*

Joe: *Shocked but kisses back*

Mrs. Torres: *Walks in* Um... am I interrupting something?

Joe and Mitchie: *Pull back and look up at her emberassed*

Mitchie: Umm... no I was just thanking Joe for the gift he gave me...

Mrs. Torres: It must have been a good gift!

Mitchie: MOM!!

Mrs. Torres: *Laughs* Ok ok i'm leaving!

Joe: No. *Get's up.* I think I need to get back to my house for dinner.

Mitchie: Well see you later.

Joe: *Walking backwards staring at her* By- ooof! *Walked into a wall - Turns around* Bye. *Walks out the door*

Mitchie: Bye.

Mrs. Torres: *Walks in front of Mitchie with her arms crossed*

Mitchie: What?

Mrs. Torres: He's got it bad for you.

Mitchie: *Giggles* I know!

*Later the next evening in Mitchie's room*

Mitchie: *On the phone with Selena* And he gave me a necklace with a gold heart on it!!

Selena: Aww! A gold heart on it?!

Mitchie: *Feeling it* Yep.

Mrs. Torres: Mitchie get off that phone we have to go somewhere!

Mitchie: Sorry Sel. I have to go.

Selena: Ok see ya later.

Mitchie: Bye. *Hangs up - Turns to her mom* Where are we going?

Mrs. Torres: Surprise.

Mitchie: *Shrugs her shoulders and get's up*

*Later at the front of Selena's house.*

Mitchie: What are we doing here?

Mrs. Torres: You'll see. *Opens the door*

Selena, Kevin, Joe, Nick, Mrs. Jonas, and Mrs. Gomez: SUPRISE!!!

Mitchie: *Screams* Gosh you guys give me a heart attack!

*They all rush up to her*

Mitchie: Did you guys do this all for me?

Nick: Well we didn't do it for Joe....

*A little later Nick, Selena, Joe and Kevin are all gathered around Mitchie on the couch. While Mrs. Jonas, Mrs. Gomez and Mrs. Torres are talking at the table*

Kevin: *Telling a story about Joe* So he was up there fixing the roof with us when he slipped and almost fell off the roof!

Selena: What happened?

Kevin: He was hanging from the gutter!

Selena and Mitchie: *Giggle* Then what happened?

Joe: You don't need to finish it....

Nick: Yeah Kevin rest your voice i'll finish it!

Joe: *Gives him a look*

Nick: *Icnores him* So he's hanging onto the gutter of the roof, and his pants fall down!!

Selena and Mitchie: *Burst out laughing*

Mrs. Torres: Well Mitchie... it's getting late. I think we should get back to our house.

Mrs. Jonas: Unless both of the girls want to come to our house and try the movie thing again?

Mrs. Gomez: Avoiding the roof?

Mitchie: Oh yeah! You don't have to remind us of that! Can I mom? Pleeeese?

*Selena joins in* Selena and Mitchie: Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeese?

Mrs. Torres: Oh fine. then you can just go back and sleep over a Selena's house. If that's alright with you?

Mrs. Gomez: Fine with me.

*Selena and Mitchie high five eachother*

Selena and Mitchie: Yes!

Mitchie: OUCH!

Joe: *Alarmed* WHAT?!

Mitchie: My wrist.

Mrs. Torres: *Turns around and walks away* Yeah you're not preforming for a while!
