1966 Fender Bassman Demo (Tyler Foxwell)

Played me '80s MIJ 52 Tele for this one...
Here i am demoing my custom built '66 Fender Bassman Amp. The settings in each picture are what you are hearing, and i am adjusting nothing more than the pickup selector and volume knob on my japanese 85 '52 reissue tele. The amp was modded by John Hanor. He hot rodded the bass channel, and restored the normal channel back to AA864 specs. I have put the head into an awesome 1x12 Combo Cabinet made by my buddy Peter at Mather Cabs. I have a Warehouse Veteren 30 speaker in it... This was recorded with a Shure SM57 Close Mic'd. Note that i am plugged straight into the amp, have the channels jumpered for maximum balls!

@Scrapod heck yeah! usually ill stick it on 4 and use and OCD pedal, but if im in a really big place, or outdoors, i can crank it up more.

HEY THE BASSMAN SOUNDS WAY BETTER THAN THE HRDx, I know because I had a HRDx and sold it, and got a bassman 100 silverface, the bassman smokes it every which way, better clean by far, and better bass, the bassman is a lot more bell like, just a hole better amp, the hrdx overdrive is loose and flabby, I hated it
