African Community Centre, Swansea

The African Community Centre was established in October 2004 to support the growing number of African and African Caribbean people living in Swansea and across Wales, by delivering services and activities to promote the health, well being, education, employment and participation of this target group.

This film was submitted as an entry to the The Tackling Poverty Awards, for projects supporting working age people in poverty. Community Links and Church Action on Poverty organised the awards as part of The European Year for Combating Poverty and Social Exclusion 2010.
